A story from our community
A few days before Christmas, 4-year-old Ethan came with his mum to collect their family’s Christmas Hamper. As he looked through the basket of food, he spotted a box of Coco Pops and immediately jumped up and down with excitement.
“Can we go home and eat them today?”
His mum was surprised. She told us she
had no idea how Ethan knew about
Coco Pops, they were simply
something the family couldn’t afford
to buy.
It was a small moment, but one that
captured the impact of a Christmas Hamper:
bringing a little joy, excitement and something special
to families during the Christmas season.
